cWorkorders 2.0
The new version is designed to be simpler in use. It still uses the same configuration method where the user decides how to group equipments and what fields to use in primary view and information view.
The operational views are three plus one for each selected customer.
Equipment List
This is the landing page with a listing of customer’s equipments. By default the app displays equipments for the first customer download.
Select an equipment to create a work order.
To toggle between customer equipments use the menu button.
Create Work Order
The following entries are required:
- Failure: The work order description and failure description fields.
- Requested By: A date/time stamp field for the requested finish, planned start and planned finish. It defaults to 24 hours from the current time.
- Details: A free-form text that gets stored as text-attachment.
Once both the failure and details fields have been populated the work order can be saved.
- Note: A saved work order is not automatically uploaded and stays on the device as pending.
Work Orders
This view displays pending work orders that have not been uploaded to E1 as well as history. Only pending work orders can be deleted with the “trash” button while uploaded work orders will have a green tick-mark and an order number.
The upload button becomes available if any work orders are pending.
Edit Equipment List
This view can be used to delete existing equipment list by left-sliding the customer name.
Equipment lists can be added or updated by searching and selecting customer. The search is triggered by 3 or more letters entered into the search box. Once a customer is selected, the equipment list is displayed and a Save button to store it. Only customers with equipment list can be stored.
New equipment lists are added to the menu once stored.
